Today I created a video about a question someone asked me related to creating a healthy lifestyle.
That question was "How do you make enough time in the day to do everything that needs to be done?"
I wanted to share it with you because I feel it is so helpful with creating abundance and helping everyone in general really creating their day, having more time for life, for fun for experiences that really excited and move us to enjoy life.

What are you putting your attention on?
This morning I did my morning meditation. In fact, I am doing the 21 Meditation Challenge from The Chopra Center. It's really awesome because they explain different meditation and help you to make this a great practice that you can do everyday. It takes 21 days to create a new habit!
During the mediation today they were taking about attention. Attention is what you are putting your focus on now, where you direct your energy. So this morning, I put my attention on "Attention" and it was amazing how much I have really noticed.
I took my son to the park this morning and when I walked out the door, I was so blown away and in awe of how awesome the colors were. Vibrant oranges, dark green and light green of the trees. The sky was a calming blue with absolutely NO cloud in the sky. I felt as if I had stepped into a masterpiece. It was awesome!
As I put my attention on the beauty and appreciation for what I was seeing, I noticed that everything that came my way today was something that I found to appreciate and find the beauty in. Once you put your attention on something, it will find a way to show up even more in your life.
I want to ask you, what are you putting your attention on? Is it something that is holding you back from really living your life that you should be living? Are you paying attention to how nothing ever works for you? How everything seems to be hard or how you never have enough money?
By putting your attention on something that doesn't feel good, you will find more and more things that aren't going to make you feel good. What you need to do it change what you are giving your attention to. Start to look for the beauty in things. Appreciate what you shows up for you.
When you can make that shift, which may take some time, and please be gentle with yourself, but once you make that shift, you will be amazed at how you can start to attract more of what you want out of life.

How to Reset your Vibration Instantly!
Many of you know that I am a big fan of Universal Principles. Especially the Law of Attraction. For myself, I always knew there was a better, easier way of doing things then from a place of feeling irritated, scared or frightened to make things happen.
Once I found out about the Law of Attraction, I was so excited. I knew that it you just couldn't sit around on your thinking about how things were going to change......that would make that change. The secret is to get really clear about what you want, be in the feeling of it and taking inspired action to make it happen.
The other great thing that I have learned is that you will always be lead to the right place, you just need to be open to it. This all happens by being in the vibes of what you want to attract.
A few weeks ago I was watching this video with Lilou Mace and Michael Losier on how you can Reset your Vibration.
I just love this because I help people RESET their health! What a great combination! I hope you enjoy this fantastic video full of some amazing content that you can use NOW!

How Important is it to FEEL Your Way To What You Want?
I have been reading the book Money, and the Law of Attraction by Esther & Jerry Hicks. I got introduced to the Law of Attraction when the movie The Secret came out and not long after that, I was introduced to Abraham-Hicks from a friend. I have to say, since then my world has completely changed.
In the back of the book they have a CD. I decided to listen to it because I have the day to myself. Wednesday is the day where my son goes over to his grandma's house so that I have a full day to work. I am on conference calls, planning, implementing and allowing business to happen.
I do have to say that I love Wednesdays!
Anyways, I was reminded from the CD that the most important thing you can do to move you into the direction you want to go is to be take a look at how you are FEELING in the moment.
When you are excited and having fun, you are in alignment with what you want. Let's look at it in your situation.
What is it that you really want? OK. How are you feeling about it? Does that thought of it make you feel excited and happy? If so, you are moving towards it and everything that needs to fall into place for you to reach it is lining up.
What if you have this pit in your stomach and you feel uncomfortable? Maybe you are feeling frustrated or even worried about what it is that you want.
When you are having those feelings that don't feel good to you then you can be sure that you aren't not aligning up with what you want.
I used to think that I needed to do whatever it was possible to make things happen. What did that bring me? Frustration, worry and even a little anger because what I wanted, wasn't showing up, no matter how hard I worked for it.
It wasn't until I let go of the "always trying to do whatever it was possible to make things happen" syndrome that I grew up with, that I started to feel better. Once I started to feel better, I noticed things would start to fall into place. People would show up that would help me, conversations would happen that gave me the guidance I needed to move into the right direction.
I have to say that it took me a while to understand this and I am still learning! Sometimes I will find myself pushing against what I want only to realize that I need to back off and FEEL better about it!
Once you can do that, you are opening yourself up for greatness to occur!
Today, take the time to acknowledge how your are FEELING! Don't you want to feel happy and enjoy life? Well you should! So what are you waiting for! Start NOW to feel a little bit better!
