How to Reset your Vibration Instantly!

Many of you know that I am a big fan of Universal Principles.  Especially the Law of Attraction.  For myself, I always knew there was a better, easier way of doing things then from a place of feeling irritated, scared or frightened to make things happen.

Once I found out about the Law of Attraction, I was so excited.  I knew that it you just couldn't sit around on your thinking about how things were going to change......that would make that change.  The secret is to get really clear about what you want, be in the feeling of it and taking inspired action to make it happen.

The other great thing that I have learned is that you will always be lead to the right place, you just need to be open to it.  This all happens by being in the vibes of what you want to attract.

A few weeks ago I was watching this video with Lilou Mace and Michael Losier on how you can Reset your Vibration.

I just love this because I help people RESET their health!  What a great combination!  I hope you enjoy this fantastic video full of some amazing content that you can use NOW!

Alzheimer's Disease Living Close to Home

After coming home from an amazing event for 4 days in Salt Lake City, this past week I have spent with my Grandma and my family.  My Grandma has been living with Alzheimer's Disease for many years now and she is making her transition to the other side.

Alzheimer's is a brain disease destroying brain cells and causing memory loss and problems.  Alzheimer Association does a great job at explaining the process and what happens.

This is a hard disease to see someone live through, as I have watched my Grandma from the beginning to the ending stages.  I have to say that my son and I would go visit my Grandma this past month almost everyday and when she was awake, alert and mobile, she would look into my eyes and I just knew that she knew who I was.  I have been so blessed to spend my life knowing her, growing up with her and living life with her.  She is an amazing and wonderful person to have in my life.

The reason why I am sharing this with you is because Alzheimer's is a degenerative disease.  What does that mean?

Wikipedia defines degenerative disease as the deterioration of tissue and organs over time due to normal body wear or lifestyle choices like exercise and eating habits.

It has been said that 80% of degenerative diseases are preventable by making healthy lifestyle changes.  This includes eating a healthy meals, exercising regularly and giving your body optimal levels of high quality nutritional supplements.

Mostly recently Vitamin D has shown some amazing health benefits.  Don't just take my word from it.  Dr. Wentz talked about it recently at the live event I attended but he also wrote about it on his blog.  Read about how important Vitamin D is an it's role it plays in helping improve your health...click here

I think that in any situation we are in, it is a learning one and I have learned so much from my Grandma.  Who she is and especially what she is dealing with as she lives with Alzheimer's.  The most important part of the situation is what are you going to do about it?

I hope to educate and help others live strong healthy lives for many, many years through my life's experiences.  I know my Grandma's time is almost over but there are many out there who aren't!  I can't stress enough how important taking care of your health really is.

I want to leave you with Dr. Wentz's words, "We live to short and die to long."

Let's turn it around so that we live long healthy lives and when it's time to go we just go!
